Horrible, they cut off my water without even giving a cut off notice. They're rude when you call, something has got to be done about it. Someone needs to clean house, fire everyone in that office.
I've always paid my bill on time but sometimes I lose my statement and the ladies are always nice and friendly. They look it up with no problem. Once I did have a leak that was my fault and they were quick to help. Great ladies. I do love the new office and drive thru window. No more looking for a parking spot.
Get some people in there that know what the heck they're doing!
Incompetent, always having a problem, I realize we're in a small town but can we not seek some guidance in being more proactive in problem solving. The amount of times the water has been off this year alone is unreal.
