I have never been a customer at this shop with out being made to feel as if I am family. Melinda always goes the extra mile to ensure that we are being satisfied even if it requires us wiring flowers from another floral shop. She has and continues to make us feel like family even in the midst of our crisis. I have never dealt with a more personable flower shop in Powell or any other county.
I had the privilege of being the first wedding for Blessings, albeit 5 and a half years ago, and was beyond pleased! Melinda went above and beyond and each arrangement was absolutely perfect!
I immediately called the shop and politely let them know that I was disappointed..not that I wanted a refund...but that I felt they should know how I felt. Their reply was "that's what you paid for.." Again, I was astounded. I reiterated that I told her when ordering...I don't have a specific limit, I just want a full and classy arrangement. She again said, " that's what you paid for..". So at that, we parted ways and I was left feeling that I had completely been taken advantage of over the phone.
I would have given a zero star rating if possible. I was terribly disappointed in the arrangement that I ordered. However, on the upside the floral shop was able to deliver on very short notice. Yet, I paid almost 50$ for an arrangement that looked as if it had been thrown together by me. I specifically said I wanted a classy and full arrangement. I was told that everything that left the shop would be beautiful, otherwise it wouldn't be sent out...I was sold! The owner then told me to go to FTD and pick out an arrangement; for the shop lacks an internet site. When the arrangement was delivered and I received a pic...my mouth simply fell open. It didn't look like anything on the FTD website. It was filled with ferns and greenery along with three yellow Gerber Daisey's and three small white flowers. I'll check to see if there is a space to attach a pic...
